Lake Amistad

While we were in Del Rio, we drove to Lake Amistad to look around. It was a beautiful afternoon for hanging out at the lake! We couldn't believe how clear the water is there. Davy and Darrel have sure enjoyed their daily fishing trips on the lake. Heather missed the afternoon at the lake because she was asleep in the car!





When we took Davy back to the rv, Darrel offered to take us out on the lake so Marty could fish and Heather and I could enjoy a ride but we decided to head for home so we wouldn't get home too late. Next time Davy goes to Del Rio with Darrel, we'll take Darrel up on his offer of a boat ride! Knowing Davy, I'm certain there will be a next time.
