Gateways, Entrances and Archways

I've told you before, my daughter thinks I take pictures of some weird stuff! This summer I've begun to stop along the roadside to take pictures of gates or entrances that catch my eye. I'm not from 'round here and I've noticed Texans seem to take great pride in the entrances to their property. I will be uploading more pictures of more gates in future posts. Here are just a few of the many I've spotted lately.

These are some of the most unusual I've seen. I gotta say... I like 'em! These are at the entrance of a new subdivision I saw on my latest trek to Fredericksburg.

This "river" even crosses the road entering the subdvision!
